Since 2013, Vicens has led the development of FERGUS Group, helping position it as one of the fastest-growing resort hotel groups in Spain through its three business lines: FERGUS Hotels, tent Hotels and Affiliated by FERGUS. Previously, he held several management positions in operations and commercial roles, progressing within Marina Hotels. He later led Operations at Green Oasis Clubs & Hotels and held various deputy management positions at Barceló Hotels and Riu Hotels & Resorts. Vicens holds a Diploma in Tourism from the University of the Balearic Islands and DHBW, specialising in Tour Operations. He has also completed several business programmes focused on tourism management and senior leadership at international institutions including London Business School, IE Business School and ESADE.
