Eneko Balda Martiarena holds a degree in Building Engineering from the University of Navarra and a Master's in Project Management from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC). With over twenty years of experience in construction and real estate development, he has built a strong background in technical direction and project management. He began his career at ACR Grupo, where over nearly sixteen years he served as Site Manager and then as Group Manager, leading technical-economic assessments and managing suppliers and contractors. Since 2020, he has been part of Kategora Real Estate, where after serving as Technical Director, he currently holds the position of Chief Development Officer (CDO), sitting on the Management Committee and being responsible for all ongoing developments, the Group Purchasing Department and the Technical Office. Specialised in Lean Construction and digital management systems, he stands out for his ability to improve processes, standardise protocols and optimise operations within real estate companies.
