José Antonio Pardo is a senior real estate and hospitality executive with more than 16 years of experience leading ultra-luxury developments in Mexico and, more recently, in Spain.
He has held senior executive positions at leading real estate investment and development companies specializing in ultra-luxury hotels and branded residences, overseeing every stage of the development cycle. His experience spans from feasibility studies, development strategy, planning and financial structuring to project execution, marketing, and delivery. In the case of hospitality assets, he has led the handover process to international hotel operators, while for residential developments he has overseen sales, delivery to homeowners, and the establishment and management of residential communities.
He has played a key role in some of Mexico’s most prominent branded residential and mixed-use resort developments. As Chief Development Officer of OHL Desarrollos and RLH Properties, he led hospitality and residential projects associated with globally recognized luxury brands including Rosewood, Four Seasons, Fairmont, Banyan Tree, Andaz, and One&Only.
Currently, José Antonio serves as Director at Blasson, where he leads luxury real estate investment, development, and asset management opportunities across Southern Europe.
