Born in Barcelona and trained in Journalism at the UAB, he has built his career around design, architecture and interior design. After starting out in the specialist press, he became editor of ON DISEÑO and, in 1997, helped establish CASA VIVA as a leading publication in the field. He also conceived PROYECTO CONTRACT, a magazine specialising in the design of public and commercial spaces.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to publications including La Vanguardia, El Mundo, Interni and Axxis. In 2017, he became co-publisher and editorial director of DISTRITO OFICINA, expanding the publishing project in 2022 with the launch of DISTRITO HOTEL.

Both titles are published by Distrito Ediciones, a boutique publishing house based in Sant Cugat del Vallès specialising in interior design and its application to workplace and hospitality environments. With print and digital editions, original editorial content and a presence at international trade fairs including interihotel, EquipHotel, Hábitat and Orgatec, its publications have established themselves as leading specialist media, with a commitment to editorial rigour, independence and a contemporary perspective on design.

He has served as a jury member for the Spanish National Design Awards, is a regular speaker, and has taught Communication at Elisava, IED and LCI. He is the author of Cada casa es un mundo (2010) and La oficina de Dios no es blanca (2026).
